Ex-Gunners striker Malcolm MacDonald sued American fast-food outlet McDonald’s for a six-figure sum in 1979 when they introduced the ‘Super Mac’ on their menu. The court’s ruling held that the player’s nickname had indeed been the subject of copyright infringement, and the sandwich was withdrawn from service. This, however, doesn’t stop you from combining your love for the Gunners with fast food - set your alarm clock to wake you up earlier than usual, and start your day with McDonalds. Of course it would have to be the Arsenal F.C. Alarm Clock, after all, they both share a love for Red, don’t they?!
