How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel an order which has not been shipped. Please contact us at email@example.com or 00 91 9167400995. After dispatch our return & exchange policy is applicable.

Does my merchandise qualify for a return?
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted. No refund, replacement or exchange will be provided in this case.
Received a damaged, incorrect or defective product?
Want to return a wrongly ordered or unwanted product?
Please notify us within 36 hours of receiving the product:
We only accept exchanges/replacements and no direct refunds.
You can only exchange your item and receive a replacement of that exact product or another product of the same value. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, the difference will have to be paid in advance.
Return/Reserve Pick Up?
For a product received damaged, incorrect or defective. We arrange the reverse pick-up. For orders where reverse pick-up may not be possible, customer can self-ship the items to GoalSquad. In this case, an amount of Rs 100 will be reimbursed through a GoalSquad voucher.
For a product which was wrongly ordered or is not wanted. We arrange the reverse pick-up. Note that the cost of returning the product to GoalSquad is the responsibility of the purchaser. In this case an amount of Rs 100 will be deducted from the GoalSquad Voucher issued for reimbursement.
This will be done post we receive the items.
